Kitai Shoyu, Inc. is the soy sauces brewery of a handmade soy sauce that
has succeeded to the distillation culture that uses "Koji" as
the raw materials of the fermentation foods which is the traditional seasonings
of Japan such as soy sauces and misoes.
The materials of the soy sauce uses the carefully selected soybeans, wheats,
and natural salt. And, they (Moromi) are slowly brewed for more than two
years by using the natural water and cedarwood vats. Moreover, the additive
of the chemical additive etc. is not used at all.
We manufacture "JYUN MOROMI SHOYU" of the soy sauce that was
naturally brewed with the traditional manufacturing process of Japan and
are selling it.
