My Japanese traditional noodle "SOBA" is
made from top grade buckwheat flour,wheat flour & tasty natural mineral water.


The Japanese SOBA has been considered a healthy food.


[Arabiki kikouchi soba] is special & ultimate"SOBA"
Made from buckwheat flour (rough grinded) & tasty natural mineral water.
Wheat flourless noodle. It is very Pure, Wild & Tasty.

[dattann soba] is special "SOBA" too.
Dattan soba grow up in a high mountain.
It has full of polyphenol.(rutin)

But we close our restaurant when soba was sold out.
