Plain buckwheat noodles (soba) topped with raw egg , grated white radish (daikon) , seaweed (wakame & nori) ,

Yukimi Soba is similer to Gohei SOba. It has grated yam Instead of daikon. 1000Yen

Arabiki Kikouchi Soba 1000Yen

Made from buckwheat flour rough grinded by my hand with special stone mortar & tasty natural mineral water.
It is special & ultimate"SOBA"
