The “Social Innovation” is the introduction of new methods and structures to address   social problems such as poverty, long-term unemployment, human right or envionmental problems, and the leaders of these activities are called “Social Entrepreneurs”. We, ICSE, will support “Social Entrepreneurs”.

ICSE Business Plan Competition 2010

OUTLINE

We, ICSE, intend to provide opportunities for future social entrepreneurs to make their ideas known and create further chances for others to give you a helping hand.

 

We therefore set an award for high potential business plans in order for you to conduct feasibility studies toward implementations of the plan.

 

Some corporations, support our mission, are planning to offer awards as well to plans that seem to match their business segment and future strategies.

CALL FOR ENTRY

Business plan proposals to challenge social issues such as poverty, long-term unemployment, human rights, environmental issues and others are expected. (No regional restriction)

 

International students studying in Japan are encouraged to take part in this competition.

AWARD

We provide awards for feasibility studies to implement proposals:

 

a) ICSE Award   100,000yen

b) Corporate Awards*

NEC Award   100,000yen

* Some other companies are also planning to provide Corporate Awards for our Competition.
