"Soloman Guggenheim Museum"

"Soloman Guggenheim Museum"has a unique building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The spiral gallery continuing to the celling is very famous. I mainly went to see the building itself, but I saw marvelous collections. Especially, "Watercolors by Kandinsky"was great.

"Cushman Row" is one of the most beautiful houses built along the greek revival lines. The facade, made in 1840, features small windows on the top floor, decorated with laurel. The design creates an enjoyable atmosphere in the entire neighbarhood.

I'm always up for YO-YO MA. I was looking forward to go to the concert.

YO-YO MA was born to Chinese parents living in Paris. He began to study the cello with his father at age four and soon came with his family to New York, where he studied with Leonard Rose at The Juilliard School. He plays two instruments, a 1733 Montagnana cello from Venice and the 1712 Davidoff Stradivarius.

Now he is a New Yorker, loved by New Yorkers.

That concert was performed at the Zankel Hall. Zankel Hall is specially designed for chamber music in CARNEGIE HALL.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2003, at 9PM the audience was sung in a hall, so comfortable that we felt like we were at home. YO-YO MA and the other players talked well, laughed well.To be sure they performed very well.It was the happiest day of my life.
I suppose YO-YO MA likes to talk about music, his feelings and give pleasure to many people.
I went to YO-YO MA's concert performed in Japan three times. It was superb. But now I realize that the more we have in common thanks to music such as YO-YO MA's, the more happy we feel.
