| "Soloman Guggenheim Museum"has a unique building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The spiral gallery continuing to the celling is very famous. I mainly went to see the building itself, but I saw marvelous collections. Especially, "Watercolors by Kandinsky"was great. | ||

YO-YO MA was born to Chinese parents living in Paris. He began to study the cello with his father at age four and soon came with his family to New York, where he studied with Leonard Rose at The Juilliard School. He plays two instruments, a 1733 Montagnana cello from Venice and the 1712 Davidoff Stradivarius. Now he is a New Yorker, loved by New Yorkers. That concert was performed at the Zankel Hall. Zankel Hall is specially designed for chamber music in CARNEGIE HALL. On Wednesday, September 24, 2003, at 9PM the
audience was sung in a hall, so comfortable that we felt like
we were at home. YO-YO MA and the other players talked well,
laughed well.To be sure they performed very well.It was the happiest
day of my life. |
